I came late to the meeting and was shock that the subject of buying this home on Blvd #3 a 2 bedroom/2 bath was being offered by a resident with alzihmmer(spelled wrong) for $3,000. Many where greedy and said they would buy it.I thought we were a community and the decent thing to do for this person would have been to offer him/her a fair price of at least $5,000.A community looks out for all of it residents-we seem to have forgotten this and put greed first over a sick one who is in a very trying time.SHAME ON US!!; October 18, 2008 at 7:17 PM

Many people in the audience seemed willing to grab that piece of property cheaply. Let me assure you that there is no unfair advantage being taken by the Board or the management in this situation.There are extenuating personal circumstances involved with the sale of this unit.
