No August Board Meeting
I don't believe that there is a board meeting scheduled for this month. Time off to relax! It might be entertaining to tell our directors what we think are the issues to put on the agenda for September. Residents, what do you think? Maybe there is one or two who might be interested in your thoughts.

Would sure like to see some of those stupid parking restrictions lifted when we get back down there.

Send a request to Dawn for it to be added to the agenda for the next meeting, whenever it is.
Board Meetings from Regency Cove website. 9/17 @10am, 10/19 @1pm,11/16 @1pm, 12/14 @ 1pm. Parking here reminds me of high school and were all a long way from that.We got more rules then common sense.IMHO

The parking restrictions would not have had to be changed if it were not for the acting president having his large white van up near the area that was used for parking for the shareholders for events in the park. He could have parked it against the back fence, and other shareholders would not have brought in their campers to park there. . Do you remember that, and then other shareholders started using it for a parking lot for all their extra vehicles that they could not park at their own homes because they enclosed their carports so much. I sure do hope this Board does not go back to allowing all those cars in the front parking lot, it sure looks nice coming into this Park and seeing a place that is finally being taken care of. Of coursse the shareholders have nothing to do but COMPLAIN. Let's try to be happy we live in such a nice park.
