Volunteers Needed!!!

Volunteers are needed to help paint the kitchen cabinets next week. We need people to collect cardboard boxes to store the items, we need people to wash the cabinets, we could use a few painters, and a few ladies to return the items back into the cabinets. The more, the easier!

Come and join the Greatest Group of people at Regency Cove... the volunteers! Your name will go into history with the other Regency Cove legends... Dick Warp, Wayne Lidstone, Don Stevens, Joyce Bunn, and scores of others who made this park what it is. Contact Beautification Committee chair Sandy Ross (813-835-9098). We don't need volunteers when we have maintence people riding the sea wall checking the fish along the sea wall. they should be painting every thing in the park. they get some where between $ 10:00 to $20:00 a hour, they are maintence & I'm sure they should know how to do that, as long as they don't get there hands dirty. If they can't do it then we should get some home less people to take care of it.... of coarse this is my great opinion.hidding by the sea.

I appreciate all expressed opinions. I hope you equally appreciate honest responses.
I think you totally missed the historical relevance in my posting which requested volunteers.
This park has fluorished for decades with volunteers assisting in a multitude of ways: in guarding, sewing, gardening, painting, cooking at fish fries, keeping the books, and maintaining the "Outlook".

So now, all of a sudden, you are having a problem with volunteers?

Or, all of a sudden, you are having problems with what we pay our maintenance men. Which is it?

Speak up at the next board meeting. Comments on this blog do not "officially" represent the members of our board. Nor are they the official comments of our board.

Personally I don't want homeless men wandering around Regency Cove, and YOU DO???

If you feel the need to report our maintenance men riding the seawall, call the Manager and make a reort. This is true of any employee infraction, call the manager and make a report.
