Recall Results

During the board meeting this morning, a process server arrived and delivered a package to the table where the board members were sitting. Although several board members showed an interest in it, nothing was said about it during the meeting. After the meeting someone asked what the package was, and Dennis Kralick announced that it was the results of the recall ballots:  31 were against the recall and 222 were in favor of the recall.

Our president asked for the floor, made a few comments, and then resigned.
The residents of the park have made their opinions very clear. The majority has spoken.

WHY don't you tell the rest of the story? Why were certain board members
asked to resign? I really don't care either way weather our president has reigned that is her decision or the ballots that voted for her resignation, I do not understand why certain board members were asked to resign and us as shareholders had no idea. The board members that have been asked to resign have done a great job for this park.

Anon: The reason I didn't tell the whole story is that I don't know the whole story. I happen to be sitting next to a beautiful lake in Michigan right now. Information is coming up here slowly.
I DO KNOW that some federal privacy laws were violated when personal information circulated the BOD and their lovers and friends. Not very professional.

One voice, another voice, another voice..... and then there is a roar. Congratulations to all the shareholders who stood up and were counted! We can and will make a difference. This is our home and we pay the bills and, therefore, have the right to be heard.

Hopefully, the next Board Member has the wisdom to resign before the Recall is started.

PS: Great blog. Information delivered with dignity and class.

DEAR ANONYMOUS COWARD,

YOU SEEM TO INDICATE THAT YOU KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT THE REST OF THE STORY. WHY DON'T YOU SHARE IT WITH THE REST OF THE PARK?

Well, its over, and its for the best. Now, lets see if we can heal these wounds and get back to a normal retirement. Over 200 votes speaks for itself. Enough said.

The first comment must have been living in a vacuum...first of all, there was ONE asked to resign..just ONE. The reason for the recall was fully explained numerous times if you were listening, which obviously you were not. You had to be the only "shareholder that had no idea". You don't recall people that are doing the job correctly. This one did not do a "great job". PERIOD.
