On Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 10:00 am, at the Regency Cove Clubhouse, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing directors and other items of business. Ballots will be called for early in the meeting, and none will be accepted after that.
Proxies must be handed in before the beginning of the meeting.
A quorum of all members must be present or represented by proxy in order for any business to be conducted, excluding the election of directors. See you there.
