The first notice of our annual meeting in March, and a call for candidates went out yesterday and today with our block captains. You also received a copy of the new Rules and Regulations, and Building Standards, putting them into effect. Please get any remaining packets back to the office by noon.
Ruth Paruszkiewicz is a prominent member of the Communication Committee and the Captain of the block captains. Ruth and her block captains did a magnificent job of distributing the first notice packets to our shareholders. Despite a cruise this week that took many residents (and block captains) down to the Carribbean sunshine, Ruth was able to distribute a huge portion of the packets to shareholders, thus saving considerable postage fees for the association. Residents who were not home are encouraged to pick up their packet at the Office, before they get mailed. This mailing is a legal responsibility of the Board of Directors.
