Reformation

At today's Board meeting, our new president spoke on some long overdue changes that will be coming to Regency Cove. Some highlights from the minutes of today's meeting:

Ron Herb reported that the park is currently in a new phase, which he thinks of as a Reformation. He intends to re-organize the manager’s duties to a position of managing, and the Board administering. Tom has agreed to the challenge. Ron stated that Communication and Security need to be improved. New committees need to be formed and old committees reorganized to share the burden of responsibilities among the Directors. Rules should be reviewed, a disaster education program and an architectural review committee developed, and new communication strategies need to be designed.

Over the next few weeks these will be filled. We are looking for resident volunteers to serve on committees. If interested, submit a short resume of your strengths and interests, and list the committee(s) upon which you wish to serve. Each committee needs a person to take minutes, maybe this would interest you. Its time to serve!
