Tonight Richard Siddens convened a Town Hall Meeting. It has been quite a few months since we have had one.
Sandy Ross described the requirements for submitting a $1500 Neighborhood Mini-Grant, and requested ideas from the assembly. Suggestions came in for improving landscape on Blvd 7, for kitchen repairs, and for security. When a hands up vote was taken, security won by majority.
Security is the main topic of the evening. If I remember correctly, Security was the topic 2 years ago. Nothing has been done to improve our security of our park in two years . Bikes continue to be stolen, at advancing rates. Thefts in the boat yard have occurred. No advanced security in the storage yard has happened.
It is about time that our Board addresses the item of Security .
